I'm going to try, at least once a month, to list a new workout achievement. When I do, I will list it here.
Today I ran at 7.0 on the treadmill for 1 min 30 secs. The rest of the 40 minutes I alternated between 3 and 10 incline and 3 and 4 speed.

Finished in 65 minutes despite lots of steep hills and pushing two kids in a stroller!
Treadmill interval training walking at 3.5 with two 2 minute sprints at 5.5! Go me!

I worked out today on the treadmill for 50 minutes.
My incline bounced between 3.5 and 8.0 and my speed was 2.5 with a sprint speed of 5.0.
I "glistened" like a pig, and panted, and burned 400 calories. And I enjoyed every minute of it.
