  2. If you read my How I'm eating or my weekly updates, I mention every bit of exercises I do. I usually workout in the mornings before I eat, then 1/2 hr in, I start drinking my protein drink. Then I work out again in the afternoon or evening with my hubby. Then I do strength exercises after the kids go to bed.
    Don't forget though. I have LOTS of weight to lose, so I'll probably lose faster than others doing the same thing.

  3. You know this comment made me feel slow lol I def read them but i read so many blogs I forgot what was said. I know about the weight loss thing but exercise tends to step my weight loss up too. just Im getting bored with my exercises right now (since im stuck indoors until good weather I dont do cold weather) so Im taking ppls ideas :)
